Eligibility
The candidate needs to pass his/her 10+2 with physics, chemistry and biology as the main subject with minimum 55 to 60 percent. Selection to courses is strictly based on marks obtained.
Course
Course comprises of study of various aspects of animal life is through discussions, theory, practical’s, project work with research methodology, field study and study tour. Semester wise evaluation takes place through these aspects.
· For evaluation, external and internal methods are applied. External examination is conducted by University for all papers of all semesters, with a minimum pass marks level.
Continuing evaluation method is internal, including marks for test papers, seminar, assignment and attendance.
· All six semesters have core courses papers of Zoology, in addition, the first four semesters have complementary courses of Chemistry and Botany. Their curriculums also contain theory and practical’s.
