ENTREPRENEURIAL TRAINING

The women empowerment cell of CPA College of global studies conducted a Training session by ABC TRAINING ACADEMY on 14TH February 2023 at 1.30 PM. Assistant Professor Ms. Basila sharin mangadan Presided over the session, Mr shafi kuruvattur and mrs suhaina vazhakkad(abc training academy professors) Handled the session and shared the views on being the importance of self-independent for women’s

Mrs suhaina vazhakkad shared her views about the importance of awareness of new generation women on gender equality in the society and interacted with the students in a question- answer session.

EMBROIDERY WORKSHOP

C.P.A college of global studies women empowerment cell had conducted hand embroidery workshop for girls on 16/8/2022. The inauguration of the program me was done by vice principal SADARUDHEEN. Women empowerment cell coordinator, professor Basila sharin mangadan welcomed everyone to the program and student coordinator Saniyya has given the vote of thanks. The workshop was led by young women entrepreneur and insta fame ARTSHED Mrs. Zeenath in which she introduced about hand embroidery, and stitching method and discussed the possibilities of its online platform and the importance of self-dependent earning through this. The feedback from students was collected through Instagram and also decided to collect their works.

WOMEN’S DAY CELEBRATION

The Women’s Development Cell of CPA College of global studies conducted a women’s day celebration,on 13th of March 2022, as their final program as per the action plan created for the academic year 2021-22. The duration of the program was from 9.30 am – 4.00 pm, 60% girls as well as majority lady teachers participated actively. The inauguration ceremony started at 9.30 am which is presided over by principal Dr. Hussain Randathani, professor Bindu R, coordinator of WDC welcomed the audience. Rajitha M.A (Civil Police Officer, Kalpakanchery Police Station) inaugurated the programme.

The chief guest of program, professor Noosiya E gave a discussion on the topic campus love affection and its impact.

Professor Fathima (Malayalam Department) and Assisstant Professor Lamees (English Department) and gave felicitation to the programme, followed by Harshana gave vote of thanks

Other programme for students were Fusion, Fashion show, panchagusthi, vadamvali and stall exihibition by creating groups for each activity during the program, it motivated the team spirits and leadership skills among the students. Both teachers and students participated in the program actively. The program channeled as an entertainment activity to get relieved from the tiredness of class room.
