This programme in Food Safety and Quality management Certification covers a wide range of topics to enable participants to confidently manage FMCG industries with safety. This qualification provides the learner a combination of industry specific Food Safety practices and implementation of HACCP systems. The qualification has been designed taking into account an unbiased and concise overviews which form in total a comprehensive coverage of a broad range of food safety topics, food commodities, including their potential hazards and controls, food safety management systems, including their elements and the roles of stakeholders.
