Eligibility
Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary (+2) examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the main subjects, securing a minimum of 55%–60% marks. Admission to the course is strictly based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
Course
The B.Sc. Zoology program provides a comprehensive study of the animal kingdom, combining theoretical knowledge with practical training in anatomy, physiology, genetica, ecology, taxonomy, and evolution. Students gain hands-on experience through laboratory experiments, specimen handling, microscopy, and fieldwork, while also exploring Interdisciplinary areas such as molecular biology, biochemistry, microbiology, and environmental sciences. The course equips graduates with analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, preparing them for higher studies, competitive exams, research, teaching, and careers in wildlife management, aquaculture, biotechnology, and conservation
