The committee's structure is designed to be comprehensive, drawing members from various facets of the institution and its wider community. It generally includes:

• Chairperson: The Head of the Institution (e.g., Principal or Director).
• Administrative Representation: A small number of senior administrative officers.
• Faculty Members: Between three and eight teachers.
• Management Representative: One member nominated by the Management body.
• External/Stakeholder Nominees: One or two nominees each from:
  • The local society (community).
  • Students and Alumni.
  • Employers, Industrialists, or other relevant stakeholders.
• IQAC Coordinator/Director: One of the senior faculty members is appointed to manage and direct the IQAC's operations.
